Our retreat home is tucked away on the edge of the
peaceful Koggala Lake,
about a 2.5 hour drive from Colombo International Airport.
You’ll be staying in modern, comfortable rooms with
uninterrupted lake views, and you might even spot
the occasional family of monkeys, swarm of
eagles, butterflies, fireflies, and other wildlife that
will make it feel like you’re living in a national park.
All rooms come with air-conditioning to keep you cool.
You can choose a shared room (you’ll have your own single
bed) or one of the limited single rooms available if
you’d prefer more space to yourself.

We can take a maximum of 17 people on the retreat.

Not at all! Everything on the schedule – yoga, meditation, workshops, and off-site adventures is optional. If you need a slower pace, you’re welcome to rest, relax by the pool, or simply enjoy the space.

Absolutely! Most people will be coming solo, and it’s such a fun way to connect with new friends. We’ll pair you up with another amazing retreat participant, and you’ll each have your own comfy bed in a spacious shared room.
You’ll likely only use your room to sleep as we’ve got the whole resort to ourselves and you can spend the rest of your time soaking up everything our dreamy retreat home has to offer: yoga, lounging by the pool, massage treatments, delicious meals, and plenty of exploring and sightseeing in your free time.

Yes, all shared accommodation will include your own comfy bed in a spacious shared room.

Once you submit your deposit you can reply to your confirmation email and let us know the names of the people you would like to share with and we will arrange this for you.

Yes! Australian passport holders must apply for a Tourist e-Visa (ETA) before arriving in Sri Lanka. The process is simple and you can apply online on the official homepage and pay via Mastercard (Credit Cards don’t work!). The Visa cost is around AUD $80.
The ETA allows you to stay for up to 30 days, and most people get approval within 1–2 business days however we recommend applying a few weeks in advance to give yourself plenty of time.
Your passport needs to be valid for at least 6 months from your arrival date.

Our retreat home is about a 2.5 hour drive from Colombo International Airport. We can help arrange your airport transfer directly to the resort – the cost is around AUD $150 each way, but much less if you’re sharing with other participants (we’ll help coordinate this, as many people will arrive on the same flights).
Flights from Perth to Colombo typically cost between AUD $700–$1300 return, with one stop.

Check-in at the retreat venue is from 3:00 pm on the first day (Saturday, 8th August 2026).
We recommend planning your travel so you arrive at Colombo International Airport in the morning or early afternoon, giving you plenty of time to get to the venue (around a 2.5 hour drive).
Alternatively you could fly in on Friday 7th August and arrange your own accommodation in Colombo for the night before travelling to the retreat venue on 8th August.
Check-out is by 11:00 am on the final day (Friday, 14th August 2026).
Transfers back to the airport can be arranged - please book flights that allow enough time for the drive.

As per our retreat venue’s policy, we do not allow refunds for the retreat for any reason. Your deposit is also non-refundable.
If you think your plans are going to change, we recommend purchasing a travel insurance policy like this one that includes cancellation cover and includes retreat related expenses.
