Billing

Why do I need to add my credit card details when signing up?

Your credit card details are entered upon initial sign up so that we can easily roll you over to your paid membership once the 7-day trial period is finished. You will not be charged at the time of sign up. You will only be charged after the first 7 days are up. If you do not wish to continue your membership after your free trial, you can cancel at any time during the trial period without any charge. Your credit card details are secured with Stripe.

How often will the membership fee be taken out of my account?

Your membership fee will be taken out of your account monthly. For example: You will be charged $29.95 on the 1st of February to cover you for that month. You will be charged again on 1st March to cover March and so on.

When does the monthly membership fee get taken out of my account?

The billing cycle is the 1st of every month. You will have the monthly membership fee of $29.95 taken out of your account around the 1st of the month. For Example: If you join the Online Yoga Studio on 15th February, you will have 7 days of the free trial period and then on 21st Feb you will be charged pro rata for the remainder of February (around 7 days - $7.50). On 1st March you will be charged the full monthly fee of $29.95.

 
 
 

Cancelling your Membership

 
Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time by clicking on the ‘Your Account’ button in the bottom right corner of your screen. Under the ‘Billing’ tab, select ‘view or cancel plans’ and click ‘cancel subscription’.

Please note: Our billing cycle is on the 1st of every month. For example: If you cancel your membership on 15th February, you will have already paid for the month of February, so you will still have access to your membership until the end of that month, even though you have set your plan to cancel. From 1st March your account is officially cancelled and you will no longer have access to the Online Yoga Studio.

How do I cancel my membership?

Click on the ‘Your Account’ button in the top right corner of the Online Studio homepage. Under the ‘Billing’ headline, select ‘view or cancel plans’ and click ‘cancel subscription’.

 
 
 

Log-in Issues

 
How do I access the classes on the Online Yoga Studio?

From the homepage, click on ‘Member Access’ in the navigation bar at the top of the screen. This will take you inside the Online Yoga Studio. If you aren’t logged in, a box will pop up prompting you to enter your log-details.

Why can’t I log into the Online Yoga Studio even though my email address and password are correct?

You may need to adjust your browser settings. Click here for more information.

Viewing your Class & Playing Music

 
How do I watch classes on my TV?

If you are using a laptop you can plug a HDMI cable from your TV into the USB port of your laptop. Change the channel on your TV to HDMI2 or whichever channel displays your laptop screen. That’s it!

How do I play music at the same time as the class?

If you are using a laptop you can click the ‘tunes please’ button on your class page to take you to the Spotify playlist, press play and then head back to the class page to hit play on your video! That’s it!

If you are using your mobile phone it is not possible to play Spotify music and a video at the same time so you will need 2 devices. Your mobile can play the video and your 2nd device (ipad, laptop or 2nd phone) can play the Spotify playlist.
