Yoga for Strength Challenge - Day #7

 
Hey Yogi,

Welcome to Day #7 of your Yoga for Strength Challenge!

The theme for Day 7 is: Full Body Flow!

In this class, we'll be working the whole body! Incorporating all of the different elements we've been working on throughout the challange and finishing up with a full body flow. If you have been doing mostly beginner classes before this, then completing this flow will officially step up your yoga game and welcome you to the intermediate yoga family. No going back now!

Congratulations on making it to the last day of the challenge! Your muscles are probably feeling it at this point, and that is a good thing! It means you have been successful in challenging your strength and ability and you are coming out of this challenge stronger than when you started! Woohoo!

Quick Tip: Don't stop after completing this challenge! Take what you've learnt in these classes and incorporate more challenging variations into the future classes that you do. Keep building strength and challenging the edge of your ability. You got this!
