I don’t want to give too much away, but you can expect lots of immersive experiences to explore the magic of Vietnamese food, history and culture over the duration of our retreat! 

✦ Cooking Class: We’ll visit a local village and learn about Vietnamese cuisine and farming techniques with a hands on cooking class using fresh, local ingredients - followed by a delicious lunch of course! 

✦ Hoi An Ancient Town: We’ll explore Hoi An’s charm and history with a guided walking tour of the heritage-listed Ancient Town with its lantern lined streets, unique architecture and vibrant atmosphere.

 ✦ Complimentary Bicycles & Free Time: You’ll have access to a bicycle for the duration of the retreat (Hoi An is very bicycle friendly) for you to explore the local area, ride through rice fields or head into town to check out Hoi An’s iconic shopping scene, hidden cafes and local markets.

✦ Pool: Our villa has it’s own private pool - perfect to relax and cool off throughout the day.

✦ Massages & Spa: In-room massages, manicures and pedicures are available if you want to treat yourself during the retreat.

✦ Daily Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner: You’ll enjoy three delicious and authentic Vietnamese meals each day, made with fresh, local ingredients.

The kitchen is open all day so you can order extra meals, snacks or refreshing beverages from the juice bar whenever you like.

✦ Meals will be a mix of both meat and veggie options and we can cater to any dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and any allergies

✦Vietnamese Cooking Class: On one of the days you’ll have the chance to learn about Vietnamese cuisine and farming techniques with a hands on cooking class using fresh, local ingredients - followed by a delicious lunch of course! 

6 Nights of Accommodation is included: Our retreat home is a small boutique resort made up of a mix of beautifully designed studios and villas, each with its own private garden or terrace.

Rooms: Each guest will have their own private room and their own bed. Some rooms are part of 1 bedroom studios, while others are within a 2 or 3 bedroom villa - so your private room may be within a shared villa.

Coming with Friends: If you’re coming with friends, you can request to be placed in the same villa together.

Shared Bed Option: If you’re coming with your partner and sharing a bed, you can book the shared bed option and save $325 each. You’ll be placed in a private 1 bedroom studio or villa. Both of you need to each sign up to the shared bed option.

All rooms have air conditioning.

We can take a maximum of 16 people on the retreat.

Not at all! Everything on the schedule – yoga, meditation, workshops, and off-site adventures is optional. If you need a slower pace, you’re welcome to rest, relax by the pool or just enjoy the space.

Once you submit your deposit you can reply to your confirmation email and let us know the names of the people you would like to share a villa with and we will arrange this for you.

Please note there is only one 2-bedroom villa and one 3-bedroom villa and requests will be allocated on a first come, first served basis

We will have the entire resort (all villas, studios, pool, restaurant etc) to ourselves and no-one outside of our retreat group will be coming onto the property, except for the retreat venue staff.

Yes! Australian passport holders must apply for an e-Visa before arriving in Vietnam. The process is simple and you can apply online via the official Vietnam e-Visa Portal. The Visa cost is around AUD $35.

The visa allows you to stay for up to 90 days, and most people get approval within a few business days however we recommend applying a few weeks in advance to give yourself plenty of time.

Your passport needs to be valid for at least 6 months from your arrival date.

Our retreat home is less than a 60 minute drive from Da Nang International Airport in Vietnam.

You will most likely fly from Perth to Da Nang with a layover in Singapore.

Your airport transfer is included and we will be in touch before the retreat to collect your flight details to arrange your transfer from the airport directly to the retreat venue.

Check-in at the retreat venue is from 2:00 pm on the first day (Thursday, 3rd June 2027).

We recommend planning your travel so you arrive at Da Nang International Airport in the morning or early afternoon, giving you plenty of time to get to the venue (about a 45 min drive).

Check-out is by 12:00pm on the final day (Wednesday, 9th June 2027).

Your transfer back to the airport is included. Please book flights that allow enough time for the drive.

We do not allow refunds for the retreat for any reason. All of your payments including your deposit are non-refundable.

If you think your plans are going to change or to protect you from any unforeseen circumstances, we strongly recommend purchasing a travel insurance policy like this one.

Travel insurance may cover your retreat payments if you need to cancel, but this depends on your policy and when you purchase it - we recommend checking with the provider, and purchasing insurance early (some policies require you to purchase the insurance within 48 hours of signing up).
